Take in the picturesque views of the Sacred Valley of the Incas! We will visit important archeological sites, visit an ecological park and animal rescue center and have a delicious typically Peruvian lunch. Our Sacred Valley Tour from Cusco is an excellent opportunity to acclimate to the altitude of the region before embarking on further adventures.
From Cusco we’ll head out to the Cristo Blanco lookout at 8:00 am to take in Cusco Valley’s stunning panorama. The incredible views of nature will leave you speechless! Then, we’ll visit and observe several rescued native Andean animals at Ccorao’s ecological park and animal rescue center. You will get the chance to see native animals from the region including condors, pumas, chinchillas, foxes, and more and learn about the conservation efforts.
Later we will take a guided tour of the large Inca city of Pisaq in the Sacred Valley, learning about the mystical history as we go. We will then enjoy a delicious lunch in Urubamba before visiting the impressive Inca site of Ollantaytambo. After lunch we will head back to Cusco at the end of the day.
