On this 3-day immersive experience with Panama’s Silico Creek indigenous community, get a better understanding of Panama culture through experiencing the day-to-day life of the 500 Ngobe people who live in the mountains of Bocas del Toros Province. You will have the opportunity to share with the Ngobe people, learn about their history and discover their culture.
Over the course of 3 days, you’ll learn how how they farm and produce chocolate, and you will even make your own chocolate bar! Not only that, enjoy a stunning presentation of traditional Ngobe dance and visit the Meri Sribire Guaire Artisan Association to learn how artisans make intricate dresses and accessories.
You will sleep each night in traditional ecological cabins located under the backdrop of magical mountain views and starlit skies.
