At 6:30 am, your guide will pick you up at your hotel to take you to the archaeological site of Coba, 26 miles (42 km) west of Tulum. Archaeologists consider this fascinating site to be the ancient capital of the northern lands. You will have 2 hours to enjoy the guided tour and explore the area by bike or Mayan taxi. Then, you will eat a traditional lunch.
Next, get ready for adventure as you visit the natural protected area of Puna Laguna. There, you will be able to zip line, canoe, visit a cenote, and see spider monkeys. Your tour directly supports the community and the Punta Laguna Nature Reserve. You’ll also gain a better understanding of how other cultures live today. Finally, you will return to the starting point of your tour.
