Important Notes 

  • The operator reserves the right to change the itinerary without previous notice due to weather, National Park regulations or notifications and unforeseeable circumstances.
  • If your tour includes traveling in altitude, we highly recommend realizing a previous appointment with your doctor for a general physical checkup. We also recommend checking if you need to take any vaccination.
  • It is important that you have current travel insurance including personal medical insurance, also a copy of it and a copy of your passport. Please inform us of any known medical conditions you have.
  • Passengers must have a valid passport for at least 6 months after the date of travel. In addition, all passengers must have a valid visa when necessary.
  • If a cancellation is made by the operator for not meeting a group number previously agreed with the issuing agency or traveler, there will be a minimum of 15 days to report the cancellation and the traveler or agency will not have any option to claim for the same. If there is a previously deposited amount, a total of 10% will be withheld for administrative expenses and the difference will be refunded, discounting the value of the bank transfer.
  • The client can cancel his trip at any time, however, the operator will not be able to make refunds of the initial deposit values ​​and those that have been incurred so far, considering the time limits of total payments, any cancellation prior to the total payment, will have only the penalty of the initial deposit, however once the total payment is made, there can be no refunds.
  • In the case of suspension of the program due to unusual cases, unforeseen danger or in the case of emergency procedures due to unforeseen circumstances, the client is responsible for all costs incurred (for example, hospitalization, additional accommodation, and food) with the exception of the emergency transport to which the operator will contribute up to 50% of the total cost. Any other demand is excluded.
