Not only can you get a taste of a truly organic and delicious Ecuador chocolate bar, you will also be able to learn from a local chocolate maker about the entire Ecuador chocolate making process – from harvesting the cacao to fermenting, dying, roasting and even refining the chocolate through traditional stone grinding.
