Your day begins at the docks of the Punta Uvita beach at 7:30 am, where a boat will take you on a 1.5 hour ride to the San Pedrillo Ranger Station at Corcovado National Park. Upon arrival, you will prepare for the day’s two hikes and set off into this gorgeous natural treasure! During the boat ride, depending on the season, visibility, and luck, you may see whales, dolphins, turtles, and marine birds.
The first hike takes about 3.5 hours, the second takes about 1.5 hours and leads you to a waterfall. During the hikes, your bilingual naturalist guide will help you try and spot some of the many exotic species that inhabit the park, including:
White-faced capuchin monkeys
A huge variety of birds
A huge variety of flora
Between hikes, you will enjoy a picnic lunch at the ranger station.
You will return by boat to Punta Uvita, arriving at the dock around 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm.

Children’s price applies to ages 9 and under
Be sure to bring a dry change of clothes for the hike, as you will likely get wet during the boat ride from Uvita to Corcovado (from either rain or waves, or both). There is a ranger station where you can change into dry clothes before starting the hike.
