Itinerary

First, you will be picked up from your hotel or hostel. Then, you will begin your biking tour, going first to Cali. There, you will enjoy a fun salsa lesson! Next, you’ll see how some Colombians have expressed themselves through graffiti and how their art tells the story of the Colombian conflict in the Western plains (llanos).

After enjoying a delicious arepa snack from Santander, you will continue to the Museo del Chicó, where you can learn about Colombia’s colonial past. Then, you’ll visit a flower market. This market is important for two major festivals of Colombia, the Flower Festival and the Festival de Barranquilla. You’ll also see the offices of the newspaper El Heraldo and try a mask of the Carnaval de Barranquilla.

Next up, you will Zona T, Bogota’s well-known bar district. You’ll stop by Andrés DC, an important nightlife spot. To finish up your tour, you will go to a local cafe, to learn about and enjoy your own cup of authentic Colombian coffee. With a nice burst of coffee energy, you will return to the meeting point.
