Day 1: Exploring Leticia and Maloca Huitoto
On the first day, you will arrive at Leticia, a small town in the Colombian Amazon region. From there, you will head to the Tanimboca Reserve for lunch. This is also where you will be staying for the night, in a tree house. After lunch, you will visit Maloca Huitoto (the typical living and social space of the indigenous Huitoto community) to learn more about their interesting culture, before returning to the tree house in the night after dinner.

Day 2: Local Community Experience, Puerto Nariño and Canoe Adventure
After breakfast, you will take a speedboat ride on the Amazon river to the Calanoa Reserve, where you will visit the local Mocagua community and get a better understanding of their culture. This is also where you will get to know the Maikuchiga Foundation, whose work focuses on the rehabilitation and conservation of monkeys, especially the mico churuco. Then, you will have lunch with an indigenous family before continuing towards the town of Puerto Nariño by boat.  This is also where you will start a canoeing tour across the Loretoyacu River, before finally having dinner in the reserve and spending the night in Calanoa Jungle Lodge.

Day 3: Puerto Nariño, Natatuma Foundation and Pink Dolphins
On the third day, you will take a native boat after breakfast with your guide across the Amazon River, to reach the village of Puerto Nariño. You will then take a walk through this small village, where you will get to see the local town hall and see the Natutama Foundation, which is dedicated to the education and conservation of the Amazon Communities. Lunch will be served in typical Amazonian style in the village, before you continue to the Tarapoto Lakes, where you may be able to spot pink dolphins. Dinner will be back at the lodge.

Day 4: Sporting Activities in Marasha Nature Reserve
After breakfast, you will take a speedboat ride to the Marasha Nature Reserve, where you will do a 45-minute jungle hike to get to a perfect spot for activities such as kayaking on the river or fishing for Piranhas. This is where you will also find centenary trees and take some time to enjoy the breathtaking nature. After that, you will take a boat ride again back to Leticia, where you will have dinner and spend the night in Hotel Waira.

Day 5: Exploring Leticia and Tabatinga + Departure
On the final day of the tour, you will finally be able to explore the town of Leticia after breakfast . This is where you will get a chance to explore the street market, local medicine plant pharmacy and the famous Santander Park, where you can watch and listen to hundreds and thousands of parrots.Then you will head to Tabatinga, which is another small town located on the Colombia-Brazil border, to see the Amazon river, before we transfer you to the airport to take your flight back out.
