Embark on an amazing and unforgettable 2D1N trip via our Tour Punta Arenas! Kayak in the Magallanes region and see whales in their natural habitat.
Tour Punta Arenas by kayak! Paddle on your sea kayaks next to humpback whales, navigating between southern fjords and glaciers of Chilean Patagonia in the mythical Magellan Strait and Darwin’s mountain range in Tierra del Fuego. On this trip, you will sail to Francisco Coloane Marine Park in the Strait of Magellan.
This Tour Punta Arenas offers the logistical support of the “mothership,” so that while you face the ever-changing conditions of Patagonian nature – exploring it in the kayaks – you have the constant support of the ship with all its amenities. This offers the opportunity to have these close encounters with nature to visitors who do not have the time or experience to make an autonomous expedition.

Considering the rough weather conditions of the zone, we recommend you to dress in layers. You should wear a base layer made of merino wool or synthetic fabrics. Remember this is your next-to-skin layer. It helps regulate your body temperature by moving perspiration away from your skin. A middle layer (insulating layer) helps you retain heat by trapping air close to your body. Micro-fleece, merino wool tops, soft shells and insulated jackets are some middle layers. And an outer layer that protects you from the wind and rain.
