Then, the local Mapuche community will welcome you into a traditional ruka house for a lunch of locally-grown Mapuche cuisine.
After lunch, walk with your guide to the Salto de Copihupulli waterfall for a look at spectacular natural landscapes, and how nature and Mapuche culture align and intersect.
Upon your return to the community, you’ll have the opportunity to hear from a Mapuche longko elder. The elder will speak to you about the land, history, and ways of life of the Mapuche people.
End the day with a visit to a honey and natural herbs workshop to learn how locals use these natural products day-to-day. At 17:30 pm, your tour will come to a close.
