You will begin your day by driving around and admiring the beautiful Llanquihue Lake (which means “Deep Place” in the indigenous Mapuche language) – the 3rd largest natural lake in South America. Then you will reach the base of the Osorno Volcano and stroll around the Vicente Perez Rosales National Park and Laguna Verde. These will be perfect places to take pictures of the stunning natural beauty and the local wildlife. Throughout the tour, your professional local guide will feed you with information about the local flora and fauna.
Weather permitting, you will visit a 40 meter waterfall before arriving in Puerto Octay. There, you will be able to see the roots of the strong German influence on Northern Patagonia in the architecture, museum, and agricultural fields. You will have a chance to have lunch in either Puerto Octay or in the quaint town of Frutillar.
