Itinerary

Day 1 – Buenos Aires

Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport where a private transfer will bring you to your hotel. You will have the day to discover this vibrant city, explore the historic neighborhoods, and enjoy the cafe culture of Buenos Aires.

Often described as the “Paris of South America,” Buenos Aires proudly boasts this title while still showing off plenty of its own unique culture. Explore traditional European architecture, cobblestone streets lined with picturesque outdoor cafes, local antique and artisanal markets, and the alluring aroma of prized Argentine beef cooking on an open “parrilla” (barbeque.) Buenos Aires is home to many talented local designers. You won’t have a problem  finding the perfect leather jacket, long leather boots, handmade handbags, and so much more! Buenos Aires is most famous for being the “home of the tango.” Don’t miss the opportunity to experience a traditional dinner-tango show and visit the vibrant San Telmo and Recoleta neighborhoods.

Day 2 – Buenos Aires City Tour & Tango Show

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel to enjoy a city tour of Buenos Aires. You will visit the historical and political centre of the city; San Telmo and its cobbled streets, La Boca for tango, and the chic, aristocratic Recoleta with grand palaces that will remind you of why Buenos Aires has been coined the “Paris of the South.”

In the evening, you will be picked up from your hotel and driven to one of Buenos Aires’ most  famous locations, Tango in Buenos Aires. Here you will enjoy dinner and a tango show and experience some of the finest local dancing, rich Argentine cuisine, and all the malbec that you can possibly drink. At the end of the night, you will be driven back to your hotel.

Day 3 – Travel to Iguazu

Today you will head to the airport to take your flight to Iguazu. Iguazu is a small and peaceful town and serves as the gateway to the famous Iguazu Falls, which have been recently declared as one of the New Seven Natural Wonders! Upon arrival, you’ll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. You will then have the afternoon to relax and enjoy the warm climate and jungle setting.

After breakfast you will depart on a full day tour to the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls. Here you enjoy have stunning views of this section of the Iguazu River. Your guide will show you all of the hidden gems of the park and venture off the beaten path to show you the best views. This immense 210 square mile reserve provides visitors with a multitude of views of the falls. You will finish your tour with a beautiful ecological train ride. After the tour, you will be brought back to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Note: In the park, there are various trips available for an additional cost. Some popular ones include the “Gran Aventura” and “Aventura Nautica”, in which the Iguazu boat trip takes you to the base of the falls. This excursion is highly recommended if you want to experience the true power of the Iguazu Falls. (There is a 100% chance that you will get wet… Be sure to bring extra clothes if you want to do this excursion.) This day will be full of thrills and is an absolute must for the adventurer at heart.

After breakfast, you will begin your Brazil tours with a visit to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls. Here you will enjoy vast panoramic views of the falls, allowing you to experience them in their full entirety.
